Performance Contractors operates four state-of-the-art pipe fabrication facilities along the Gulf Coast, totaling over 300,000 square feet of shop space, as well as a pipe support facility to timely meet the most demanding needs of our clients. At peak capacity, our shops can, in total, safely produce 2,700 pipe spools per week. Our in-depth proprietary tracking system gives our clients the ability to monitor the status of pipe spools from onset to delivery and installation. Our shops utilize a rolling schedule to provide our clients with the most timely and cost effective delivery of fabricated pipe.

We primarily serve the industrial sector, and house production in our 14,000 square foot AISC-certified shop with capacity of 100-150 tons per month.

Performance Contractors has over 40 years of industry experience performing boiler and furnace erection and repairs. Our teams can safely construct and install new boilers, retrofit existing furnaces/boilers as well as perform service and maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency.

Performance Contractors has experience setting, erecting and relocating all types of industrial equipment. Our teams of millwrights, operators and riggers have the capabilities and resources to handle the most challenging rigging and equipment erection projects in the industry. No job is too small or large for our experienced teams to safely perform.

Our extensive equipment rental fleet provides immediate availability of items typically required on our construction and maintenance projects. From cranes for heavy rigging to welding machines, forklifts, and earth moving equipment, our experienced equipment maintenance staff provides well maintained, safe construction equipment for use. Performance Contractors’ equipment fleet includes all types of construction equipment including cranes up to 330 Tons and a logistics fleet for hauling.

Timely mobilization of company supervision and craft labor are vital to supporting unplanned plant outages. Performance Contractors is perfectly situated to support unplanned shutdowns with current company resources as we control where our craft personnel report on a daily basis.

Performance Contractors has years of experience fabricating multiple types of pressure vessels in accordance with ASME standards. Our team has a proven track record of safely fabricating vessels that specifically meet our clients' requirements. We maintain the “R”, “S” and “U” Code Stamps for coded vessel fabrication and onsite field repair.

Facility dismantling and shipment for erection at new locations are superior services provided by Performance Contractors.

We routinely partner with engineering companies to bid and execute contracts via the engineering procurement and construction format.
