A native of McKinney, TX and raised in Coalgate, OK, Frank Spears served in the Army for four years. He followed in the footsteps of his two older brothers who also served.
After completing Basic Training in Fort Benning, GA, Frank later held the title of Private First Class and served in the 101 Air Assault. “The military taught me patience, discipline, and structure,” says Frank. “Today I still incorporate those values into my work and personal life.”
When Frank left the military, he worked on pipeline and drilling rigs before his next big move. Frank joined the Performance Contractors team in February of 2009. He’s been with the company for 15 years, and today he works as a Field Superintendent in Florida with the Duke Alliance. “Performance is my family,” he says. “It has always felt like family to me.”
When it comes to values, Frank believes teamwork, punctuality, and dedication lead to success and consistency. “Performance is a good company to work for,” he says. “It's my family, my home.”
Frank lives in Frostproof, FL where he enjoys making homemade sausage, grilling and smoking meat, and exploring in his old Jeep with his dog.
