In an article by Jennifer Villaume titled "Potential Partner Instrumental to Hiring Veterans in Baton Rouge", Performance Contractors describes their new affiliation with the military through the Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program.

Through Performance Contractors President Art Favre, Director of Human Resources Chet Ferraci, and David Theriot, Project Services Coordinator, the company hopes to recruit qualified employees from currently serving and veteran military personnel.
