The Construction Users Roundtable (CURT) announced its thirteenth annual Construction Industry Workforce Development Awards in November of 2021 and called upon the industry to continue its progress in promoting construction workforce training and recruitment across the United States. Performance Contractors was proud to receive the Award of Excellence for our submission titled, "We Build Better Through Innovation" which highlighted our Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS gives each employee easy access to required training and offers a standardized approach to workforce development. Any Performance employee can log in from anywhere in the country and complete their required training on a variety of electronic devices. The LMS also provides the opportunity to offer just-in-time training versus blanket training which has proven to be extremely beneficial throughout our workforce.
