Performance Contractors and Pascagoula/Gautier School District have announced a training and workforce development partnership involving the School District’s Welding and Manufacturing service classes and Performance Contractors’ expertise in the construction and fabrication/manufacturing services.  

Performance and the school district will work hand in hand to promote workforce development and support the career advancement of students interested in gaining skills revolving around welding and manufacturing.  The mission of the partnership is to take an active role in producing the most skilled trade candidates for the construction and manufacturing industry as well as Mississippi Gulf Coast as a whole.  



Our goal is to make students, parents and our society aware of the various trade careers available in the Pascagoula area. Upon completion of classes and craft training programs, these careers will provide students with a sense of self-fulfillment, as well as a successful career path with the potential for high income earnings in an industry full of opportunity.
