Performance earned this prestigious recognition for our Building Better Leaders Field Leadership Initiative Program (FLIP). This award-winning training method delivers leadership development materials directly into the hands of employees via their smartphones. The goal of the program is to build the leadership capacity of field managers. While FLIP is specific to Performance, it’s part of an innovative mobile training trend that brings educational modules seamlessly to employees.
