Our E&I management team has an average of 20+ years of experience with industrial E&I services. We are currently licensed to conduct E&I work across thirteen states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Last year, Performance introduced our self-performed E&I services on a project in Charleston, Tennessee that consisted of our civil, mechanical, and E&I groups all working together.

- Electrical Services – Electrical raceway installation (cable tray, conduit, wireway, etc.), underground raceway systems, power and control cable installation, power and lighting panels, lighting and receptacles, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, and grounding & bonding systems
- Instrument Services – Instrument installation, process and air supply tubing, instrument wiring, DCS & PLC installation and testing, control panels, marshalling panels & RIE building installation, calibration, loop check, & pressure testing, and commissioning & start-up assistance

KEY E&I PROJECTS
Since 2023, Performance Contractors has successfully implemented E&I solutions for the following key projects:
- Olin #9 Rectifier Replacement (Charleston, TN) – This project consisted of demolition of the old #9 rectifier, modification to underground conduits and foundations, installing a new rectifier, and reconnecting the new rectifier power and control wiring.
- Air Products Underground Electrical (Casa Grande, AZ) – This project consisted of all underground conduits and grounding for the Casa Grande facility.
- REG Heat Trace (Geismar, LA) – This project consisted of installing all new electrical heat trace components, wire on piping, power panels, and power connections to the Geismar facility.
